Tawny owl, red phase. Used many pics for reference, as well as real owls in captivity to make this.
I like the result, but I'm getting a bit tired of this kind of "field guide" drawings...but they have to be done.
But expect in the future new pic with backgrounds and more decent compositions and all.

I love seeing your scientific illustrations, but knowing you're getting a bit tired of them makes me think you're making a gazillion of those. Take some time to make other stuff as well.

Em relação ao desenho, sou péssima em críticas, por isso digo só que está bonito e óptimo para um guia de identificação. Quanto à parte artística, por alguma razão o alto contraste nas linhas não parece bem, provavelmente as penas podiam ter um contorno mais fino e difuso, idk, just my humble opinion.
